Проект жилого комплекса “ Духовской 17” располагается на участке между Духовским переулком и 1-м Рощинским проездом, является своеобразным связующим элементом небольшого района, окруженного с двух сторон Третьим Транспортным кольцом и Даниловским кладбищем.2.jpg

Ранее на этой территории располагались складские помещения и ангары, это определило существующие градостроительные ограничения, в том числе значительный отступ от Духовского переулка. Форма зданий комплекса - две башни, позволяет, с одной стороны, повысить визуальную проницаемость территории, а с другой служит своеобразным щитом  приватного двора для жильцов комплекса.3.jpg

Решения фасадов комплекса обусловлены стремлением к восприятию всего квартала как единого комплекса бывшего кожевенного завода, реконструированного впоследствии с сохраненными материалами, пропорциями и цветами.

Сохранение кирпичных фасадов и характерных архитектурных деталей эпохи существования здесь кожевенного завода товарищества М. Демент и сын являются одними из главных приемов отделки фасадов соседнего комплекса. Поэтому с самого начала поиска оптимальных решений именно кирпич рассматривался как основной материал.

Большая часть корпусов выполнены в красно-оранжевых и терракотовых оттенках материала. Для избежания монотонности среды, было принято решение в угловом доме выполнить внешнюю отделку фасада в белом кирпиче.  В проекте он стал неким акцентом, ориентиром. Основным элементом пластики фасада является шахматное чередование двух типов окон в строгой ортогональной сетке. Помимо этого, важным элементом идентичности территории являются темные кровли, характерные для промышленной архитектуры конца XIX века. Верхний этаж, на котором расположены пентхаусы, было предложено выделить с помощью темного натурального камня сланца, чтобы подчеркнуть силуэт комплекса.

Описание

Проект жилого комплекса “ Духовской 17” располагается на участке между Духовским переулком и 1-м Рощинским проездом, является своеобразным связующим элементом небольшого района, окруженного с двух сторон Третьим Транспортным кольцом и Даниловским кладбищем.2.jpg

Ранее на этой территории располагались складские помещения и ангары, это определило существующие градостроительные ограничения, в том числе значительный отступ от Духовского переулка. Форма зданий комплекса - две башни, позволяет, с одной стороны, повысить визуальную проницаемость территории, а с другой служит своеобразным щитом  приватного двора для жильцов комплекса.3.jpg

Решения фасадов комплекса обусловлены стремлением к восприятию всего квартала как единого комплекса бывшего кожевенного завода, реконструированного впоследствии с сохраненными материалами, пропорциями и цветами.

Сохранение кирпичных фасадов и характерных архитектурных деталей эпохи существования здесь кожевенного завода товарищества М. Демент и сын являются одними из главных приемов отделки фасадов соседнего комплекса. Поэтому с самого начала поиска оптимальных решений именно кирпич рассматривался как основной материал.

Большая часть корпусов выполнены в красно-оранжевых и терракотовых оттенках материала. Для избежания монотонности среды, было принято решение в угловом доме выполнить внешнюю отделку фасада в белом кирпиче.  В проекте он стал неким акцентом, ориентиром. Основным элементом пластики фасада является шахматное чередование двух типов окон в строгой ортогональной сетке. Помимо этого, важным элементом идентичности территории являются темные кровли, характерные для промышленной архитектуры конца XIX века. Верхний этаж, на котором расположены пентхаусы, было предложено выделить с помощью темного натурального камня сланца, чтобы подчеркнуть силуэт комплекса.
